1. Australian Idol 2007
Di usia 16 tahun sudah mengikuti audisi untuk musim ke-5 untuk Australian Idol sebagai runner up. Matt Corby juga telah terlibat dengan bentrok bersama paparazo Sydney di Bondi Beach yang telah mengguncangkan dia bersama keluarganya.
Aspek untuk Australian Idol ini dijadikan sebagai spekulasi media yang merupakan jumlah musisi kristennya lebih banyak di kalangan finalis. Media menyatakan bahwasanya orang Kristen telah menumpuk pemungutan suara yang mampu mempertahankan artis di acara tersebut.

2. Song for… EP 2009 Sampai 2011
Di tanggal 5 Juni 2009, Corby secara independen telah melakukan perilisan drama yang diperpanjang dalam debutnya, Song for…, dengan dukungan dari Scorpio music. Kemudian pinda ke London serta melakukan penandatanganan bersama label indie communi dari pemilik label, Ben Lovett.
Sementara itu tanggal 28 Mei 2010, Corby telah merilis single terbarunya My False dan di tanggal 20 Oktober sesudah rekaman bersama Iam Grimble serta melakukan perilisan EP yaitu Transition to Color. Di akhir 2010 sampai awal 2011 juga memainkan banyak pertunjukan secara live di London serta di bulan Februari tampil langsung di South by Southwest di Austin, Texas.
Setelah itu kembali lagi ke Australia dan memainkan banyak pertunjukan Secret garden. Di bulan Juli dia juga mendukung band Inggris Elbow untuk melanjutkan tour pertunjukan sampingannya splender. Sampai saat itu, EP tampilkan pada daftar hitam yang dibintangi oleh James Spader.
3. Into the Flame EP and Brother Tahun 2012
Sesudah beberapa bulan menulis lagu sebagai bentuk karyanya, Corby menghabiskan waktunya di bulan September 2011 untuk melakukan perekaman pada EP ketiganya yaitu Into the Flame dengan dukungan produser dari Tim Carr.
EP telah menampilkan arah baru bagi Corby termasuk untuk vokal dalam mengeram yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap soul bersama serta melodi blues yang telah dipadukan bersama gaya folk khas dari Corby. Judul lagu sudah dideskripsikan sebagai lyrically raw and endearingly honest re.
EP juga tampil secara duet dengan Kibordis Bree Transfer yang sebelumnya memang sudah menjadi bagian band dari Australia, Timur Tengah. EP ini juga memberikan entri pertama terhadap Corby di Aria Charts dengan mencapai nomor 46 pada Aria Top 50 Singles Chart di tanggal 4 desember 2011.
Pada saat, EP ini telah mencapai puncaknya setelah dilakukan perilisan dan Corby memposting adanya sebuah pesan melalui situs website serta halaman Facebook yang dimilikinya. Di bulan Desember 2012, Into the Flame telah mendapatkan sertifikasi 6x platinum oleh Aria dan mendukung perilisan terhadap single terbarunya yaitu Brother pada sebuah flame tour.
4. Resolution Tahun 2013 Sampai 2014
Di tanggal 21 Mei 2013, Matt Corby setelah melakukan perilisan terhadap lagu terbarunya yaitu Resolution sebagai single charting pertamanya yang telah mencapai puncak di urutan nomor 3 Aria Charts. Lagu tersebut masuk dalam tangga lagu yang ada di Selandia Baru serta Inggris raya yang bahkan juga menjadi materi tanggal lagu pertamanya yang terdapat di negara tersebut.
Di tanggal 12 Juli 2013, dunia ini berisikan single serta tiga lagu original terbaru yang telah dihadirkannya dan salah satunya yaitu Lay You Down yang sudah masuk dalam tangga lagu Aria dan masuk pada urutan 75 meskipun tidak mendapatkan promosi secara independen. Hadirnya perilisan Resolution ini dipilih pada tempat ke-8 di Triple J Hottest 100 di tahun 2013.
Sejak Desember 2013 juga telah memenangkan Aria Award pada Song of the year dan di tanggal 13 September melakukan perilisan EP Live On the Resolution Tour. Dari kelima lagu aslinya tersebut dilakukan perekaman secara langsung pada sebuah pertunjukan di Australia serta Selandia Baru.
5. Monday and Telluric tahun 2015-2017
Di tanggal 1 Oktober 2015 telah dilakukan perilisan untuk lagu pertamanya dalam 2 tahun yaitu Monday dari adanya album debut Telluric. lagu yang dihadirkan ini mendeskripsikan sebagai harmoni yang rimbun serta transenden, falsetto yang sangat merata, yang folky serta lirik yang cukup memilukan.
Kehadiran dari lagu tersebut telah dilaporkan membutuhkan waktu besaran 10 menit supaya bisa dilakukan perekaman dan diletakkan di sebuah pondok Kota pesisir Berry NSW tempatnya untuk melakukan penulisan serta perekaman pada sebagian besar album yang dimilikinya. Telluric dilakukan perilisan di tanggal 11 Maret 2016 dengan artis Amerika yaitu Gary Burden yang menghadirkan desain sampul album dan menjadi debut nomor 1 di Australia.
6. Rainbow Valley 2018-2021
Corby telah melakukan perilisan untuk lagu pertamanya dalam 2 tahun dengan judul No Ordinary Life yang dilakukan di tanggal 3 Agustus 2018. Sejak 7 September 2018, Corby juga sudah mengumumkan adanya album studio keduanya yaitu Rainbow Valley yang dilakukan perilisan di tanggal 2 November 2018.
Antara Saputri rilis menjadi debit lokal paling tinggi untuk Minggu tersebut di Australia dan telah memulai debutnya sebagai urutan nomor 4 pada tanggal lagu Aria. Ia juga melakukan penelitian terhadap single kedua, ketiga, dan keempatnya dari album tersebut dengan judul All Firef Up, All That I See, serta Miracle Love.
